Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy applies to all physical merchandise purchased through the 3nul.com online store ("the Store"), operated by Teknik AI (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order through our Store, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. Order Processing
2.1 All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2.2 You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2.3 Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Teknik AI (Pty) Ltd accepts no responsibility for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
3. Shipping Destinations
3.1 Domestic Shipping — South Africa
We ship to all nine provinces across the Republic of South Africa, including major metropolitan areas and surrounding regions.
3.2 International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries across Africa and internationally. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at orders@teknik.co.za to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, public holidays and courier delays.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your delivery address and your chosen shipping method.
5.2 Free standard delivery is available on all domestic orders over R750.
5.3 International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee charged by 3nul.com.
6. Order Tracking
6.1 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.
6.2 Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
6.3 For domestic orders, tracking is available through our courier partner's website. For international orders, tracking may be limited depending on the destination country's postal infrastructure.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
7.1 If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information before contacting us.
7.2 If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact us at orders@teknik.co.za with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
7.3 In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost by our courier partner, we will offer you a replacement order or a full refund at your discretion.
7.4 Teknik AI (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, public health emergencies, strikes or customs delays.
8. Damaged Shipments
8.1 If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us at orders@teknik.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
8.2 We will assess the damage and, where confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8.3 Claims for damaged goods submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be accepted.
9. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
9.1 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the order, our courier partner will leave a delivery notification and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a collection point.
9.2 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
9.3 If you do not respond within 14 days of being notified of a returned package, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a store credit, less any shipping costs incurred.
10. Click and Collect
10.1 A Click and Collect option may be available for customers based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Where available, this option will be displayed at checkout.
10.2 Orders selected for Click and Collect will be available for collection within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
10.3 A valid form of identification and your order confirmation email will be required at the time of collection
11. Changes to This Policy
11.1 Teknik AI (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
11.2 Your continued use of the 3nul.com Store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
